As we begin a new year for ISITC, I’m honored to step into the role of Chair at a moment of such momentum and opportunity for our association and our industry.
ISITC continues to grow in both influence and impact. Thanks to the dedication of our members and leadership, the association remains a trusted forum where operations professionals and subject matter experts come together to address the most critical issues facing financial services today—from T+1 and digital assets to AI, cybersecurity, regulatory change, and talent development. Our work not only helps shape best practices, but it also contributes meaningfully to the broader industry dialogue.
I want to begin by recognizing and sincerely thanking our previous Chair and leadership team. Their commitment, vision, and steady guidance strengthened ISITC’s foundation and positioned us for continued success. We are building on that strong foundation, and I am deeply grateful for the time, expertise, and energy they have contributed—and continue to devote—to the association.
Looking ahead, collaboration will be more important than ever. Transformation is no longer episodic—it’s constant. ISITC’s strength lies in our ability to bring people together to share insights, challenge assumptions, and develop practical solutions. Our working groups, forums, and task forces are at the heart of that effort, driving conversations that turn emerging issues into actionable outcomes. I encourage all members to get involved, whether by participating in an existing group or exploring new areas of focus.
We have an exciting year of events ahead. Our upcoming Securities Operations Summit will bring the industry together to explore what it means to advance today while transforming for tomorrow. Later in the year, the Fall Forum and our social events will continue to offer valuable opportunities to connect, learn, and strengthen relationships across the ISITC community. These gatherings are where ideas take shape and lasting professional connections are built.
As Chair, my focus is on ensuring ISITC remains responsive, inclusive, and forward-looking—an organization that delivers real value to its members and helps prepare our industry for what’s next. I’m excited about the year ahead and grateful to be working alongside such a knowledgeable, engaged, and committed community.
